Whistleblowing system

The whistleblower reporting system established in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG) provides a reporting channel for violations of laws as well as suspected actual or potential violations. It is an important tool for becoming aware of incidents at an early stage and, where necessary, taking appropriate action.

Reports can only be accessed by concentrade’s designated reporting officers and are treated confidentially. Violations reported by business partners (customers, suppliers, etc.), employees, and third parties are analyzed and investigated. Where necessary, measures are implemented to prevent future violations.
